02 / REPORT IN THE APP

The reporting screen is coming in a CardBal app update. Once it is available in your app:

Open a saved card
Use Station Data, or open a trip and choose “Report or Correct a Station.”

Describe the station
Add a name. Codes, lines, operator, city and other clues are welcome.

Pick a location if useful
Place a pin on the map or choose your current location. The location is optional.

This list shows station names, codes, lines, operator, city or region, status, date, and an approximate map pin if one was sent.

Card ID hashes, app-specific device IDs, app versions, and private notes are stored for review but never shown on this website.

Requests are not verified station records. A reviewed request may be included in a future CardBal data release.
